Checked in at 2pm for a tire repair. Waited 3 1\2 hours to get into the bay. They were only using one bay and had 4 staff. Didn't complete the repair till 8pm. This is setting my current and next load behind schedule.

I came in at 9:00 AM to get a tire repaired. The employee at the reception told me it would take about 2–3 hours, and I agreed to wait. After more than four hours passed and nobody contacted me, I went back to ask when my truck would be taken in. The receptionist said he did not know because they were very busy. Then the manager came over and spoke to me in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. Instead of trying to help or explain the delay respectfully, he said: “What do you want me to do, move all the trucks just for you so we can take yours in?” Both the receptionist and the manager were very unprofessional. I understand that businesses can get busy, but customers should still be treated with respect and given clear communication about delays. I am very disappointed with the service and the way I was treated.

Zero star. Drivers avoid this place at all costs. Seriously, call roadside service instead of wasting your time here. This was my first and definitely my last visit. I called ahead around 12 PM, about 20 minutes before arriving. The guy on the phone was already rude and unprofessional, but he told me they could take me around 2 PM. Fine. I get there, check in, and suddenly the story changes now I’m told 5–6 PM. No apology, just attitude. I park and wait. At 5 PM, I call again… now they say 11 PM because they “don’t have a mechanic.” That’s when I walked into the office, and it gets worse. Shift change happens, and the new guy tells me I’m NOT EVEN IN THE SYSTEM. The first shift never checked me in. So basically, I’ve been sitting there for hours for nothing. He checks me in again and tells me now I have to wait until 12 AM. Then at 9 PM after all that waiting they call me and say they don’t even have the filter. Are you serious? This place is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful to drivers’ time. The staff has terrible attitudes, no communication, and clearly no management. They don’t care about drivers, period. This place is a joke. Stay away.

Tom who worked on my truck was amazing! He was extremely thorough and determined to find the cause of my issue. However... Mark the counter person was almost an hour late arriving and this resulted in no one being able to check in or purchase items. There must be a better way so you do not lose customers. A lot of people walked away during that time.

Large parking lot, safe place where you can easily leave your trailer. There are few restrooms and showers, but that’s not a problem. Overall, it has everything a truck driver needs, including a dedicated repair shop.
